New single and video from dark wave electro duo HUIR!

"YOU" is the haunting new dark-romantic, electro-wave single from Barcelona-based duo HUIR, released on February 27th via Cold Transmission! The new single is the second glimpse out of HUIR's upcoming album "States Of Light" scheduled for release on May 1st. 

"YOU" offers an emotional, dark electronic interpretation of self-transformation, and the evolution from vulnerable souls to strong beings, depicting esoteric struggle to achieve healing! Beautifully delivered, with vocals highlighting the core concept of the single, while a hypnotic melody which escorts the steady dark beat completes the sonic seduction of the mind!

The accompanying video is a unique perspective of what "YOU" represents to seven female artists from the dark wave, post-punk, dark electro scene. Each of those artist has managed to create their own distinguished sound and they are some of the inspiring women of the dark alternative scene. The artists contributed to the "YOU" video are Anne Marie (SIIE) Emma (EMMON), Gözde (AUX ANIMAUX), Masha (DLINA VOLNY), Sarah (CARRELLEE), Sharon Shy (R.MISSING), Tina (NIGHT IN ATHENS).
