The Black Capes Unveil Two Haunting New Singles: "Lament XI" and "Unwell-being"

The Greek gothic rock scene is alive, and the mysterious The Black Capes are setting the pace!

The songs just dropped, fresh off their last success of their acclaimed third album, the Greek goth rockers have unleashed a potent double wave of darkness with two new singles, "Lament XI" and "Unwell-being", both released through darkTunes Music Group.

Released on August 29th, "Lament XI" immediately casts a shadow, living up to its description as "A requiem of shadows, a hymn for the lost!" This mournful new single sees The Black Capes diving deeper into their post-punk soul, crafting a track that resonates with profound sorrow and gothic brilliance.

Drawing comparisons to the ghostly echoes of modern darkwave acts like Twin Tribes and She Past Away, while clearly honoring the haunted quality of pioneers such as The Sisters of Mercy and Fields of the Nephilim, "Lament XI" is a sonic ritual. It stands as a melancholic tribute to a fallen friend, transforming personal grief into a powerful gothic rock elegy. "Lament XI" is driven by a haunting interplay of powerful guitars and deep vocal-line that echoes with the soberness of a walk tolling in the dark. It's a hymn to lost souls and broken bonds, precisely created to deliver a dark sonic experience.

Following rapidly on September 26th, "Unwell-being" explodes onto the scene as "A dark confession wrapped in gothic rock fire!" The second single delivers a raw, emotional storm from The Black Capes, ready to captivate fans of She Past Away, Twin Tribes, and The Sisters of Mercy once more.

"Unwell-being" is an emotional anthem of inner collapse and defiance. Here, crushing guitars collide with deep, commanding vocals to create a powerful narrative of internal struggle. It's the sound of breaking down, but as The Black Capes put it, doing so "beautifully." "Unwell-being" highilghts The Black Capes' ability to bring raw emotion into beutifully arranged gothic rock, proving their continuous progress in expressing melancolia through strong music dark parts.

Both "Lament XI" and "Unwell-being" are here to establish The Black Capes' position at the modern gothic rock. Moving from their raw dark, goth rock side and embracing the emotional side of their soundm, they continue to explore themes of loss, introspection, and defiance. These singles are intense messages that goes through into the human condition, with the seductive way of The Black Capes sound.

Fans are urged to delve into these new offerings, available now via darkTunes Music Group, and experience the compelling depths of The Black Capes' evolving sound.
