Plastikstrom releases new single and video, "Tanz Allein"
German dark electro duo Plastikstrom "dance alone" through isolation times. New single out on May, 9th!
Plastikstrom returns with a new single, titled "Tanz Allein". The duo created a song which is a clear comment on the current situation and the new reality which has brought huge changes in everything we used to know as nightlife, clubbing and dancing.
Plastikstrom shows what is going to be like, when someone wants to go out in a club. It is simply a new situation where the main characteristic is the distances that everyone will be forced to keep from each other. Wearing masks, keeping distances and dancing alone.
Music-wise, "Tanz Allein" is a dark electro tune using elements of minimal electro, synths and old school EBM, where someone could recognize some D.A.F., and related sounds, influences.
New single, "Tanz Allein" released on May, 9th, along with an official video, premiered on Plastkstrom's official youtube channel.
Plastikstrom are a band with a long history. The duo consisting of Chips (synthesizers, keyboards, drums) and Matthias Günzler (vocals) have been experimenting with electronic music since 1995. They are also known from their amazing gothic rock project Darc Entries formed in 1992 and split in 2001. Plastikstrom remained active all these years with several live appearances and in February 2019 the duo released their full-length album "Beton gegen Angst" via Young & Cold Records.
