SHIV-R - Kill God Ascend (full-length album)

SHIV-R releases 5th full length album, "Kill God Ascend". Australian electro-industrial project of Pete Crane announced the release of the new full length album, coming out on June 18th, via Blind Mice Productions.

"There is a Zen teaching that if you meet God on the road, you must kill him.

"Kill God Ascend" is the 5th full-length album from Australian electro-industrial band SHIV-R. What the killing of God means to each listener will be a unique and personal revelation. In a world full of gatekeepers and figureheads whose only interest in you is to tell you what to do, illusions will need to be shed and those who profess to have all the answers will need to be confronted.

While not offering any answers, SHIV-R's newest release comes with a statement courtesy of the album's 6th track, "Empire":

"I'm on my own path. Get the fuck out of my way."

Death Loves Veronica - Chemical (full-length album)

Veronica Campbell returned with Death Loves Veronica mew full length album, "Chemicals", released on May 21st, via Cold Transmission Music. Dark electronic solo project of Veronica Campbell unveils her cold sounds inspired from nihilism, inhibition, and deception.

"Heavily saturated with post-industrial and gothic influences, this album is a corruption of the expected and resonates with the disillusion of our times. Recorded with analog synths and minimal guitar work, Chemical is a daring undertaking for solo artist Veronica Campbell."

Cold atmosphere flows right out from the first track, "The Silence" while moving deeper into the soundscapes of Veronica the tension gets darker with haunting synth lines and the addition of a light-distorted guitar riff. Low to mid tempo beats creates a depressed dreamy mood.

VAZUM - The Familiar (single)

Deathgaze duo from Detroit, VAZUM released the second single, "The Familiar", out of their upcoming full length album, "V+". "The Familiar" is out since May 21st, available as "name your price download on band's bandcamp page. With the post-punk guitars all over, "The Familiar" is sure to arouse your penchant for fishnets, hair spray, black lipstick and eyeliner.

Along with the post-punk riffs and the gothy mood, the duo seems to play with the imagery of post-punk, goth icons like Siouxsie Siox, Robert Smith and Andrew Eldritch.

Nino Sable - Driven by The Night (single)

Nino Sable new single will be out on May 30th. "Driven By The Night" is the new song coming from the talented, goth rock, artist. The new single will premier on Nino Sable's radio show, on the same day at 6 p.m. CET. on Terra Relicta Radio, and it will be available on bandcamp right after the show.

The new track, "DRIVEN BY THE NIGHT" was written by Nino Sable. Lars Kappeler from Sweet Ermengarde / OBB, was responsible for the playing and recording of (nearly) all instruments and for the final mixing. Additional synthesizers by Daniel Marius van Bentum.

EMMETT BROWN - WEIRD SCIENCE

EMMETT BROWN releases new full length album, "Weird Science", via Lazerdiscs Records.

After 3 previous albums, Emmett Brown is back with "Weird Science" which is 100% dark synth, full of brutality and emotional parts. The album cover is inspired by the Film of the same name and Hajime Sorayama's chrome-plated imagination. You can expect writhing bass, bells, and flemish harpsichord. Weird Science will be released on the 18th of June 2021.

G.H.T. - In The Churchyard At Cambridge

On May 21, G.H.T releases their third album Voices of the Night. The lyrics are based on the lyrics of the American poet and author Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Musically, G.H.T moves between heavy dark synth to industrially distorted synths.

Experimental industrial electro with dark ambience and distorted vocals, influenced by old school industrial acts from the Swedish one man project G.H.T, initially formed in 1987. After a long break, G.H.T. reutrned in 2020, and in May 2021 released its third full-length album "Voices Of The Night".

Terminal Serious - "Dissorder" new official video

Florence, Italy based dark wave, post-punk, solo project of Luigi Buonaiuto, released their official video for the track "Disorder", taken from their full length album "Love Was Lies", released on March 19th.

A Cloud Of Ravens - Weorld On Fire (Clan Of Xymox Remix)

To commemorate World Goth Day 2021, Brooklyn-based gothic rock duo A Cloud of Ravens is releasing "World of Fire [Clan of Xymox Remix]," with an accompanying video. The track, featured on their 2021 album "Another Kind of Midnight," has been masterfully remixed by the legendary Clan of Xymox and will be accompanied by a video that arrives on May 22nd (WGD). A prerelease of the seven-track remix EP, entitled "Another Kind of Midnight [The Remixes]" will be available via Bandcamp while the full release will be released by Cleopatra Records on June 24th on all digital and streaming platforms.
