Digital Drvgs is a new dark wave post-punk project a rising with the "Funeral Party"!

Luquin brothers and cousin returns with the "Funeral Party" a hauntingly atmospheric track that captures the melancholic essence of post-punk with a modern twist. Adoting their bleakness influenced from the moody soundscapes of bands like Molchat Doma and the lo-fi aesthetics of Gvllow, the song delivers a wave of somber, reverb-drenched guitars and brooding basslines. Vocals brings a sense of distant, haunting manner, enhancing the mood of melancholy, making "Funeral Party" a deeply immersive soundscape.

"Funeral Party" tone and arrangements are built upon a minimalist yet evocative instrumentation, which balances dark, driving rhythms with moments of eerie calm. Digital Drvgs formed by Manuel Luquin, a seasoned Producer who has made a name for himself in the electronic dance music scene. Manuel is best known for his work with Cold Blank, where he honed his skills as a producer and remixer, Remixing artists like Zedd, Steve Aoki and Cypress Hill. With Digital Drvgs, Manuel has turned his attention to a different genre, embracing the sounds of Darkwave/ Post-punk. Joining him in this project are his brother Alvaro Luquin and cousin Alex Luquin (Moon Visions), both of whom bring a wealth of musical talent and creativity to the table. Together, the trio has crafted a sound that is both nostalgic and fresh, drawing inspiration from classic post-punk bands like Bauhaus and Joy Division while incorporating electronic elements.
